Oakland Farm & Lodge is located on Oakland Farm Lane in the Village of New Maryland just off Route 101.

1. If you are coming from Fredericton the lodge is 4 kms (about 5 minutes) from the Regent Mall traffic lights. You will drive through a wooded area (the UNB Woodlot) and then pass under two overpasses (under the TransCanada highway).


2. If you are travelling on the Trans-Canada highway coming from Woodstock/Edmunston take Exit 285 A-B and turn right at the end of the off ramp towards New Maryland.
   
   If you are travelling on the Trans-Canada highway coming from Oromocto take Exit 285 A (just after the overpass)and turn right at the end of the off ramp towards New Maryland.

Next you will start up a long hill with subdivisions on either side of the road where you will pass the Village of New Maryland sign.

Watch at the crest of the hill on the left hand side for a large green sign with reflective white lettering “Oakland Farm & Lodge”. The blue street sign next to the green sign says Oakland Farm Lane.

Turn left on to the dirt driveway and proceed past a few houses, then follow a turn next to a grey detached garage and continue down the driveway through a pasture where the end of the road places you in the lodge parking lot.
